This project was built upon the client's foundation requirement for a sleek, luminous aesthetic, centered around the installation of a pristine White Statuario (or equivalent) marble floor. This choice immediately dictated a design language of Modern refinement, clarity, and subtle luxury.

The residence is a showcase of sophisticated modernism, where the expansive, light-reflective floor sets a tone of serenity, allowing curated furniture and a carefully controlled palette to define the space.
